After-sales

A service centre you can actually drive to

A lithium battery is only better than lead-acid if someone here can fix it. Our Demra facility is the after-sales hub for every pack we sell — diagnostics, cell-level repair and warranty handling happen in Dhaka, not at a forwarding address overseas.

Two addresses, two jobs

Demra, Dhaka — Service Centre

The after-sales hub. Packs come here for diagnostics, cell-level repair and warranty assessment. If your pack has a problem, there is a building you can go to — which is the difference between a warranty and a piece of paper.

  • Fault diagnostics at pack and cell level
  • Cell-level repair and re-balancing
  • Warranty assessment and handling
  • BMS and charger testing

Aftabnagar, Dhaka — Warehouse & Registered Office

House No. 21/A, Road No. 2, Block A, Aftabnagar, Badda, Dhaka-1212

Working inventory for every line we sell, so dealers and project buyers take delivery in days rather than waiting on a container. Top-up orders don't restart the shipping clock.

  • Ready stock across all four product lines
  • Spares held for warranty turnaround
  • Sales, technical and dealer support
  • Trade counter for dealers
Warranty

How a claim moves

Warranty terms are issued in writing with your quotation and differ by product line and application. The route a claim takes is the same for all of them.

Report

Contact us or hand the pack to your dealer with the purchase reference and a description of the fault.

Intake

The pack is logged and routed to Demra, or triaged at the dealer bench for straightforward cases.

Diagnose

Cell-level diagnostics identify whether it is a cell, BMS, wiring or application issue.

Resolve

Repair, re-balance or replace under the warranty terms supplied with your order.

Warranty is voided by physical damage, immersion beyond the stated IP rating, unauthorised opening, or use outside the published voltage and temperature limits.

Keeping packs healthy

What most failures actually come from

  • Charging outside the specified voltage — always use the supplied or approved charger
  • Storing a pack fully discharged for long periods; keep to the published storage temperature range
  • Physical damage to the case or terminals — check mounts and anti-vibration fixings regularly
  • Immersion beyond the pack's IP rating
  • Unauthorised opening or modification, which also affects safety

Something wrong with a pack?

Tell us the model, where it was bought and what it's doing. We'll tell you whether it needs to come to Demra, and what to expect.
