RAP SEV is the vehicle brand we operate abroad. Two platforms — BANGE and OAK — cover cargo, pickup and refrigerated bodies, with a tilting front cab that keeps three-wheel stability at car-like comfort. The same LiFePO4 battery platform behind our battery range is on board, and every vehicle is field-proven across 40+ countries.
Most importers bolt a generic battery into a generic vehicle and hope the two were designed to meet. We don't have to. RAP SEV designs and builds the vehicles; the LiFePO4 packs on board come from the same battery platform we sell as YJC replacement packs — engineered together, serviced together.
In Europe the vehicles run under the RAP SEV name, where each market's fleet is adapted with its own livery and cargo-body configuration. The platform underneath — chassis, motor, BMS and battery — stays the one you see on this page.
BANGE is the full-size cargo platform with a 1,600 L box and 250 kg payload. OAK is the compact scooter-class platform for dense city delivery. Each comes in an L2e (45 km/h) and an L5e (65–70 km/h) version, so the vehicle can match the licence class and speed rules of the market it serves.
Both platforms share the signature tilting cab: the front section leans up to 18° into corners while the rear wheels stay planted — the stability of three wheels with the cornering feel of a scooter.

The modular rear half accepts different bodies on one chassis — the same approach our European fleet customers use, where vehicles carry their own livery and cargo-body layout.

Each vehicle carries a 2,000-cycle LiFePO4 pack — 73.6 V / 100 Ah on BANGE, 51.2 V / 95 Ah on OAK — both IP67-sealed with on-board charging from a 205–265 V supply. When a fleet needs replacement or extra packs, they come from the same YJC battery line you see on this site, upgraded to 3,000+ cycle Grade A cells, stocked in Dhaka and serviced at Demra.
The platform has run in commercial last-mile fleets across more than 40 countries — from EU e/E-mark markets to Southeast Asian postal services. RAP SEV operates a joint factory in Seville, Spain, and its fleet partnerships include DHL, Amazon last-mile delivery and national postal operators.
For Bangladeshi fleet buyers that means the vehicle you pilot here has already survived the duty cycles of European parcel, grocery and cold-chain operators — with the battery platform supported locally by us.
Plan a pilot fleetTell us your routes, payloads and charging situation. We'll recommend the platform and body type, the pack configuration, and how containers of CBU or SKD vehicles can be shipped — 4 CBU per 20 ft container, up to 16 SKD per 40 ft HC.
