Every vehicle carries a reserve you can limp home on, and any YJC station in the country takes your pack — you are never locked to one dealer. If you are stuck, the hotline sends a replacement pack to your location within 45 minutes inside Dhaka.
A single VoltCore pack covers roughly 100–120 km of city driving, depending on load and traffic. One swap costs Tk 180 at any station — about what an hour of CNG used to cost you, and three minutes instead of a queue.
No. Existing Bangladeshi auto-rickshaw and light-vehicle licences already cover these vehicles. We handle registration, fitness and route-permit paperwork for you as part of the handover.
Yes. Every vehicle ships with a GridCharger that runs off a normal 220 V socket and fills a pack in about 90 minutes. Most drivers still swap during the day, because the trips you miss while charging cost more than the swap itself.
YJC's own technicians — from the Dhaka workshop plus mobile vans covering Dhaka, Gazipur and Narayanganj. Battery and drivetrain carry a 3-year warranty, most jobs finish the same day, and we hand you a replacement vehicle if yours has to stay in the workshop longer than 48 hours.
