Our Demra facility is the after-sales hub for every pack we sell. Diagnostics, cell-level repair and warranty handling happen here — not at a forwarding address overseas. If your pack has a problem, there is a building you can go to.
02Stock in Dhaka, not on the water
Our Aftabnagar warehouse carries working inventory, so dealers and project buyers take delivery in days rather than waiting on a container. Top-up orders don't restart the shipping clock.
03Factory economics, local accountability
We import direct from our own supply base in China, so container buyers get factory pricing — while still having a Bangladeshi counterparty that answers the phone.
